Media Campaign Report: Policy Issue Brief Release

NEWS RELEASE

At 9:00 a.m. EDT on June 27, a news release announcing the publication of the private sector involvement issue brief crossed the newswire to a broad national distribution of media outlets, agriculture-focused journalists, and bloggers. To view the news release, please click here.

  • New Release Postings: At the time of this report distribution, 70 media outlets have posted the news release. In addition, 95 media outlets have referenced Global Harvest Initiative as a result of the news release. Notable media placements are featured on the GHI online Media Center.   • Earned Media: ProActive Communications has scheduled media interviews with Bill Lesher for June 29, including David Bennett of the Delta Farm Press, and Ken Rogers of KRVN Radio in Lexington, Nebraska. In addition, earned media placements were secured in the San Francisco Chronicle, Grain News and Truth About Trade and Technology blog.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Over 435 social media impressions were obtained through Twitter and Facebook postings, including several Twitter mentions of the private sector involvement issue brief.

WEBSITE ENHANCEMENTS
